東京食器，由日本各大器皿品牌及職人窯廠，挑選出多樣化手工器皿。因品項多達2000多項，現貨商品可在您完成訂購後的5~7個工作日內出貨。

1.若部份商品無庫存，而您的訂單金額滿$5,000時，我們將為您安排分批出貨，缺貨品項到貨時，再安排第二批出貨，不另收運費。

2.若訂單金額小於$5,000時，我們將在全品項到貨後，為您安排出貨。若您無法接受缺貨或等貨狀況，可做與客服人員聯絡做訂單部份取消或修改。

3.消費者完成下單後，系統寄發之訂單通知或付款通知僅表示本公司已收到您的訂單資訊，並非交易成立。本公司於確認商品供應、付款及相關交易條件後，始確認接受您的訂單。若因缺貨、價格或商品資訊錯誤、系統異常、付款失敗、疑似異常交易或其他正當事由，本公司保留取消訂單、拒絕接受訂單及終止交易之權利。

Tokyo Shokki, is an online select shop based in Taiwan.  With partnerships with many Japanese crafts facilities and kiln, we collect authentic and carefully crafted Japanese tableware for daily use.    

With more than 2000 items in our online store, your order can be shipped out in 5-7 business days if all of them are in-stock items ; For items not in stock, it will takes around 10 to 14 days to be ready to ship. 

Order or payment notifications only confirm receipt of your order and do not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders due to unavailable stock, incorrect pricing or product information, payment failure, system errors, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons.

付款方式 Payment

東京食器 目前提供信用卡(綠界金流平台) ，銀行匯款轉帳 ，及貨到付款 (限台灣 /香港訂單) 三種付款方式。

We accept credit cards as payment method.  For Taiwan and Hong Kong orders, COD(cash on delivery) payment method is also available. We will inform you by email about the payment amount (NTD or HKD) before your order shipped, so you can prepare for it. 

運費計算 Shipping Fee
  • 台灣地區： 每筆訂單收取運費 NTD $150，訂單滿NTD $3,000享免運費優惠。
  • 香港地區：每筆訂單收取運費 $ NTD 800，訂單滿NTD $10,000享免運費優惠。
  • 新加坡/馬來西亞/大陸訂單：每筆訂單收取運費 NTD $1,000，訂單滿 NTD $15,000享免運費優惠。
  • 美國/加拿大訂單：運費最低 NTD $2,000，實際運費將在下單後另行通知。 可聯繫 [email protected] ，我們將有專人為您計算運費及配送時程。

 

  • Taiwan:  NTD $150 per order, enjoy free delivery for orders more than NTD$3,000.
  • HK/Macao: NTD $800 per order, enjoy free delivery for orders more than NTD$10,000.
  • Singapore/Malaysia: NTD $1,000 per order, enjoy free delivery for orders more than NTD$15,000.
  • The U.S./Canada: Minimum NTD $2,000 per order, this charge may be amended at a later date based on the weight of your order.  We will inform you the extra delivery charge if required. You can pay the extra shipping charge by credit card. 

 ** Please note that for international orders there is the case that the customs opens the box for examining the contents for inspection. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Custom and duty charges will vary by country. 

出貨時間與流程 Delivery Time
  1. 現貨商品，訂單付款後5~7個工作日內出貨 (如有急需收貨的指定日期，請來電或來信，由專人為您安排)。
  2. 您所訂購的商品，如有部份缺貨或預購品項，將為您安排分批出貨。現貨商品5~7 個工作日內出貨，缺貨商品將從日本訂購，約10-14天到貨安排第二批出貨，不另收運費。
  3. 日本手工器皿預定出貨時間，可能因每批實際製作時間及品質偶有延誤。若在通知您預計出貨日後發生廠商延後交貨，我們將儘快通知您。

 

  1. In-stock items can be shipped in 5~ 7 business days; For items not in stock, it will takes around 10 to 14 days to be ready to ship. 
  2. For certain handmade items, the available schedule may be varied based on vendor’s production time and capacity. We will keep track of your orders and inform the latest shipping schedule. 
退貨／退款原則 Returns & Refunds
  1. 訂單為國際運送，無法提供七天鑑賞期的退換貨服務。
  2. 如您收到商品時，發現因運送造成破損或瑕疵，請立即聯繫我們為您進行退/換貨。
  3. 若您收到的商品，有非外在人為因素造成的污漬或破損，我們在到貨7日內接受您的退換貨申請。請於收到商品7日內，提供您的訂單編號、訂購人 姓名、電話及退貨原因描述，寄至 [email protected] 我們將儘速為您處理。
  4. 退貨時，商品本身需維持送達時的完整樣貌，並協助以安全保護的方式包裝後寄送，若商品完整性不齊全或因包裝不妥導致寄回損壞，恕無法辦理 退換，敬請見諒。
  5. 其他注意事項：
    > 部份日本手工製器皿，會因職人每批使用的陶瓷土不同，而有些微色差。即使為相同款式，也可能有造型、顏色、質感紋路上的些微差異，網站 圖檔也可能因每台電腦的顯色不同而產生色差，請務必確認理解後再行購買。恕無法因色差等手工製差異而接受退貨。
    > 若商品已經開啟使用，恕無法接受退貨。
    > 絕版品折扣出清，恕無法接受退換貨，請理解後再行購買。

 

  1. Delivery Damage:  In the event that there are damages in the delivered items, please contact us within 7 days after receipt.  You can reach us via e-mail [email protected] / Line or Facebook with following information.  We will send you the new replacement after checking your information.  
      • Your order no. and the name of recipient 
      • 2-3 photos of damage items
      • A photo of exterior box at the time of delivery
  2.  Defective items: In the event that there are defect on the delivered items, please contact us within 7 days after receipt.  You can reach us via E-mail [email protected] / Line or Facebook with the following information. After confirming it’s a real defective, not the hand-made pattern.We will send you the new replacement, and may collect the defective items back. 
      • Your order no. and the name of recipient 
      • 2-3 photos of the defective items 

**Please note that the color and pattern of hand-made items may varied on each production. And it could be slightly different from the photo on our website.

  1. 刷卡失敗： 如因輸入資料錯誤，導至刷卡失敗。
    請重新建立新訂單，再次刷卡即可，原錯誤訂單將自行失效。
  2. 實體門市參觀：東京食器門市位於台北市民生社區，因品項眾多，門市僅展出部份商品，歡迎以LINE 或 FB 發訊提供想看的產品圖，我們將會為您確認並準備樣品。
